To change the method will mean a recode, so the client has asked if they can have a workaround. they are going to test the mapilabs software since its free. What exactly is causing the prompt? Outlook doesn't do this all by itself. I've written a script that sends mail and Outlook 2007 doesn't prompt when it runs. I know why but if you don't have a script you can modify, there's no point in elaborating.
