Public Calendars and Resources
I have EXC 5.5, Outlook 2K clients. Has anyone had any luck using resources in meeting requests. ie: we would like to use a public calendar in exchange to signout conference rooms, and equipment. We have been trying on and off to do it since outlook 98. Title: RE: Public Calendars and Resources We setup a mailbox for the resource and setup one or two people as delegates to accept or decline the meetings. That allows people to do free/busy searches for the resource. It works well and also works for people using OWA.
