Modem installed and working properly after logging
in.
I need to connect to the domain via dial-up until the frame
relay is installed. When the computer is booted and
you are logged in locally, you can access the modem
perfectly. However, when you try to use 'Log on using dial-up connection' , I get my selection of dial up
connections, the name and password screen, but it
can not use the modem. I get the following: Error
692 There was a hardware failure in the modem (or other connecting device). What am I missing?
