RE: Archive to PST?
We even archive completed tasks from public folders to pst. In other words, absolutely. Hey folks, I may be accepting a job with another company in the next month or so. I'd like to be able to archive/save certain email folders full of emails so that I can save them for reference. I've got an Compaq IPAQ which stores all of my contacts/notes/tasks (of course the task list I don't need) but it only syncs with the Inbox/deleted/outbox/sent folders and I don't think it would hold all of the emails I'd like to keep. Can I archive subfolders to a PST and them transfer them to another machine and import them back into another mailbox on a different exchange server? I've probably made it sound more complicated then it is. Can anyone shed some light on this? lol...thanks Steve. I plan on telling my manager when/if I decide to leave the agency. I'm pretty sure he won't mind, especially since the Employer I would be starting with isn't in any way a competitor of my current employer.
