In other words, absolutely.

Hey folks,

I may be accepting a job with another company in the next month or so. I'd
like to be able to archive/save certain email folders full of emails so that
I can save them for reference. I've got an Compaq IPAQ which stores all of
my contacts/notes/tasks (of course the task list I don't need) but it only
syncs with the Inbox/deleted/outbox/sent folders and I don't think it would
hold all of the emails I'd like to keep. Can I archive subfolders to a PST
and them transfer them to another machine and import them back into another
mailbox on a different exchange server?

I've probably made it sound more complicated then it is. Can anyone shed
some light on this?

lol...thanks Steve. I plan on telling my manager when/if I decide to leave

As far as a LAN at home, I'm currently looking into buying a Condo. Once I
find one, I'm going to tackle the mess myself. I'll be sure to keep your

Thanks again!

LOL...it's ok, I don't even know what your current employer does, so we're
even. (Of course now I'm at the website)

No they aren't aware, but my manager has a feeling this was coming. He
understands that I'm young and not-too-experienced in the field and that I
won't get too far working where I am. If I make the switch, I'll be joining
a team of 100+ networking guys/gals for Alaska's largest Credit Union which
strives to be the technological leader. I had the opportunity to tour their
operations and it was quite impressive. The educational experience alone is
worth the move.

Anyway, I'm hoping things work out for the best, I'm certainly looking
forward to it.

or burn to cd or zip to spanned floppies or email the pst as an attachment
elsewhere or save to iDrive.com etc. etc. etc.

So, Sean, does the lawfirm know you're leaving yet?

First - email thief.
Second, yes - export into PST, if small enough, send to floppy, otherwise,
drop onto your LAN at home (don't have one, call me:))

Subject: Archive to PST?

Regards,
