Additionally how far are these sites from each other? BES likes to be very 
close to the Exchange server its running with. Latency is not your friend.

I have blackberries and they cannot put calendar entries on the BBs and have 
them sync up to Outlook/Exchange.

They do see calendar items from Outlook/Exchange.

We are running Windows 2008 with Exchange 2007 and BESX in location A and 
Windows 2003 with Exchange 2007 in location B.

Location B is the default route for mail.

Can anyone help?

Is wireless synchronization turned on for the desktop service?

 

If you go to calendar>Options>Desktop you should be able to set it. You
want it set to yes.
