the server reject mail, so the sender gets it back?

you 
could block sending to his domain by putting a false entry in your LMHOSTS file 
(might be the hosts file need to double check) on your exchange server. 
That would mis-direct all email sent to that domain to whatever bogus IP address 
you gave it.
