Try the cleanfreebusy switch when you start Outlook. That should resolve this for you. Just click Start-->Run, then type in "outlook /cleanfreebusy" and click OK. That is what Peter is suggesting. they do show up as free. I can change it and it will show up in bold. how can i change it on all of the events no t showing up. How old are the calendar items? The Bolded Date numbers in the "yearly view", only working in a rolling 12 or 13 month window. Last month plus the next 12, I think.
