RE: Errors moving Exchange 2003 mailbox to 2010
Login with MFCMAPI and delete the folder. If Outlook needs it, it will recreate it. Disclaimer - Might be a good idea to have a backup first just in case. I'd be really grateful if anyone could shed any light. I've tried running outlook with /cleanfinders /cleanreminders /resettodobar and /cleanviews with no success, so now I'm a little stumped. It's odd as with it being my mailbox I use it all day every day and experience no issues that I'm aware of. Obviously it looks to be a problem with the '/Tracked Mail Processing' folder, but that's not one I've created myself so I'm assuming it's a system folder of some sort. I read about that, not sure I understand the implications entirely though so it would be good to know more if anyone's in the know. The other option seemed to be to increase the skip count (seems the default is none), but again I don't see in the help whether the skipped items are deleted or left behind somewhere or whether you can see which items were skipped? RE: Errors moving Exchange 2003 mailbox to 2010
So it turns out doing the move with a baditem limit of 1 moved the mailbox. The fact it was failing at exactly 10% indicated a top of store issue rather than a random item in a random folder. Fingers crossed that's the worse that I encounter!
