They should have included the hotfixes in the service pack and installed
them automagically where needed.

Exchange 2010 sp1 was finished early (which people seem to have not noticed) 
and this is the result - that various fixes will be in various service packs 
that aren't otherwise yet released.

  This is an advantage single-source software has: Because such
software all comes from the same company, they can be sure it's all
tested and works together, and provide a higher level of integration
that a multi-vendor solution can.  If you bought your groupware and
your OS from the same company, they'd work better together.

  Oh, wait...
