in addition it will have to be on win2k server ent. you can use nt4 ent. but
you'd be shooting yourself in the foot.  See the mfgs about hardware and
setup.

We have done it for 4 years.  Works very well.  Nice to be able to introduce
SPs and the like without users complaining that the server is down.
