Thats what I was asking, it is reccomended to install the edge but not required Do IP blocking on your anti-spam appliance or whatever edge device you have in place. ~JasonG

Silly question, but is it possible you're looking in the wrong section? I haven't worked with 2010, but in 2007, under Org Conf/Hub Transport, I find disable and help. Under Server Conf/Hub Transport, I have the properties page. Use the EMC to manage the IP Allow list You need to be assigned permissions before you can perform this procedure. To see what permissions you need, see the Anti-spam features entry in the Transport Permissions topic. In the console tree, click Edge Transport. In the result pane, click the Edge server you want to configure and then select the Anti-spam tab in the work pane. Right click IP Allow List and then select Properties.
