I doubt your server made that decision on its own. It is NT that is the eval version and not Exchange, right? I have never used this tool. I think you just need to Upgrade this machine with a regular full version of NT4 (make sure it has SP6 in it). I 've used the products from Algintech on a few servers when I was doing consulting and they have really saved me some time and my clients some money.
