My contribution was that you can force SSL without a cert, but I discovered
today that I was wrong. I used to run OWA on my web server, which has a
cert, although not exclusively for OWA. When I installed my new Exchange
server this weekend and moved OWA, I realized that I could not use
SSL.yet.

I just wanted to express my sincere apologies for siding with the wrong
answer.
