Yes. You select the folder in question and select Tools, Recover Deleted Items. I just had to do this earlier this week when somebody was screwing around with there Palm and synced incorrectly. Once I added the dumpsteralwayson reghack she could retrieve her deleted items. But the key is, I believe, how you have Exchange set for retention.
