The question you need to ask is if anybody hasn't had some sort of problem with Word as the Email Editor. I had a user who frequently had the same problem you did. We've been telling users for a LONG time not to use Word as their E-mail editor, but this user is a bit higher on the food chain, so I'm trying to find documentation on it. Anybody seen any? I am sure if you search the archives you can find the same thing about Outlook 98.
