What Ricki said is correct - with Exchange 2000 SP1 came a new mailbox
migration wizard. It is used to migrate mailboxes from Exchange 5.5 to
Exchange 2000 in DIFFERENT organisations, so go and check it out!

names - that's my problem: we have to rename our organisation...

If you move to a new server you may use the Exchange2000 SP1/Sp2
Migration Wizard instead...As I remember your 5.5 Box has to be on SP3
at least.
But do some tests (there is no harm in that!). So you can estimate the
migration time you'll need. It's not that fast if you have a lot of
objects to migrate...
