Who Modified a (Dynamic) DL?
Everyone, Is there any way to find out who modified a (Dynamic) DL? What I'm particularly interested in is if someone modified the Delivery Restrictions. I have Googled this and the only way I uncovered was to use SCOM to monitor it, which we do not use. TIA!
