I will try to set up a testing laboratory, the error in the connection said
like this

DNS list lookup defer (probably timeout) for
113.249.106.85.dnsbl.domain.com: assumed not in list

Is it possible that the error is generated because the rule is indicated in
the acl_check_connect router?

The idea would be to establish a waiting time and if in case of not
answering the DNS query after 5/10 seconds, discard it.


It should be doing that already.  If you can repeat the situation,
please get a debug run (with timestamps)
