[expert] single hd on onboard raid controler
Hi I'm tring to install RC1 on a single hd connected with Ite ata 133 raid controler of my GA-7N400 Pro2 mb and it can't see any disk. I got iteraid.o driver by Gigabyte web site but if I try expert mode, installation ask me for non dos disk driver. [expert] 9.2rc1 still no pppatm support?
Just install 9.2rc1 on my gaN400pro2 and it looks well. No boot problems or mbr errors like 9.1, but still have no support for my usb adsl modem. This is the end for having standard pppAtm support inside mandrake? Any madrakeusers will have to compile kernels or manual install drivers for using adsl usb modem? Hi, just install mdk 9.1 and can't use kppp with my usr9000 usb adsl modem. Usr 9000 got its own drivers, that I installed, but kppp can't see it. Can some one help me? Thanks to all of you. I like booting by winxp boot and got bootpart utility to create my own boot image and new loader inside boot.ini. So, for You, no problem way seems to be using grub instad of lilo when hd is over 60gb and mdk root is inside a logical patition and got another mbr bootmanager . Is that correct? P.S. For Mark, xp have some restoring console commad to repair mbr: fixmbr, fixboot, bootcfg. Just boot from xp cd and choose repair. Hi, just install mdk 9.1 download edition and I chose not hda lilo install. First reboot got lilo prompt and login mdk 9.1 Second rebot got lilo 999 error. I make a clear installation with no particolar modules, a part from lilo, in a ext3 partition at very end of a maxtor 80gb hd. Where I was wrong? Just install MDK9 inside a system with old G400DH but can't enable second monitor. I've heared that there are big problems setting up DH with G400 vcards. Can anyone help me ?
