 beetwen users? I mean, all the users share the same settings, including
 conections.
No problem at all, still copy your kppp config (~/..kde/share/config/kppprc)
and other kppp stuff (~/.kde/share/apps/kppp/*) into /usr/share/config/ and
/usr/share/apps/kppp/ .Now it should work ...

Yes, you need an grabber (e.g. cdparanoia) and an encoder (e.g. lame or bladeenc).
But I'm using also a frontend, named krabber, all works fine.

 is not there... I checked the system info and I see no
 irq assigned to com1...
I think, thats no problem, com1 dosn't need an explicit
irq, if you use the 'auto' function.

i've MDK7.0.2 running quite well now. But my local 'Canon BJC 4200' prints only text.
If I try to print out graphics, there ar only colored stripes 

Anybody knows that problem ?
