Is Mandrake 7 compatible with netatalk-1.4b2+asun2.1.3.tar.gz ? This is suppose to be RedHat ready, but is it Mandrake ready?

I had a little trouble getting it running when I compiled my own but I found an RPM that set it all up right. it's not on the CD though and I can't remember where I downloaded it from. It wasn't on the netatalk site. I may have gotten it from a red hat mirror. to mandrake: for those of us with mac networks appletalk is at least as important as Samba but it's difficult to find information online about what you need to set it up. please add the RMPM to your next version. It used to support the MACs on my network before they were retired. They were Performa 475s circa 1994. Yes it works. But you shouold find the same package on the Mandrake contribs. Civileme
