If it wasn't fixed for the 2.4.3-20mdk, will a fixed kernel or kernel patch
be released from mandrakesoft?

The -20mdk kernel came out before those fixes, so I'm pretty sure the
answer is no.  I'll look into it and post back here.

officially fixed as of 2.4.4pre2. I'd like to know if it is
present in 2.4.3-20mdk.

Is there any place that one can find a listing of the "mdk"
patches applied to any linus kernel?
