What does Lexmark's Techsupport tell you?  I'm curious because they've 
had a track record of supporting linux with print drivers.

Just purchased a Lexmark Z82 printer/scanner/copier, and have discovered that 
it isn't supported by sane, as far as I can tell.  Some small comfort is that 
it doesn't seem to be supported by Win2KPro.  

The printer/scanner can be accessed through either LPT or USB.  Any clues or 
nudges in the right direction to find a suitable substitute driver?
