When I used to use IBM's OS/2 there was a line, I think is was in 'preferences' that could be edited to fool sites to see the 2.xx Netscape so they would see it aa a later version of Netscape and not complain. Is this possible with Mozilla? My online banking site complains because Mozilla reports itself as Netscape 6.1 which they don' support that version. -- David Boles [EMAIL PROTECTED] My GnuPG Key ID: 78A3ADB0

My online bankings has a statement that says NS changed their SSL protocol for NS 6.0 and it it not compliant with the standard. If you could fool your bank it may not work anyway. You could use Squid, and set it up to make anyone believe anything.
