Use a GUI ftp client and tell it to run in passive mode. Give it the url and tell it port 1999. IF that doesn't work, email me privately because I am interested in this situation. Civileme \

try this From the command line ftp xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 1999 Where xxx etc is the ip number or domain name of the site you are trying to get into.
