FW..I feel for all those who are anxious—and that includes some in my own family. Fortunately our specialty—and for many of us, our profession—is (in essence) making lemonade out of lemons. Maharishi left the deep silence of the Himalayas to eliminate suffering, to reconstruct the entire world for a heavenly life on earth, to create Sat Yuga out of Kali Yuga. So making lemonade would seem, in comparison, a relatively simple task. Also fortunately, the power and success of Maharishi’s programs to elevate and uplift the world’s population do not depend on who’s in power, or even the system of government. One of Maharishi’s key principles is that the political leadership of a country is, to a large extent, itself governed by the quality of collective consciousness—and by the collective desires and merit (deservability, karma) of the people. Leaders find themselves compelled to fulfill what the people want, to provide what they demand. Especially in a democratic society like ours, where their continuing political positions depend on their popularity and standing.. ..And it is not just the President, but the entire apparatus of Government—legislative as well as executive—who lead but are in turn led by collective consciousness. The goal of meditation is to become a vector for pure consciousness. At that point the individual will feel like they don't exist. They will go through a whole week seldom being conscious of the small self. They will still carry out tasks and chores for their individual existence but they will not feel attached to them. A little shock may come if someone demands a focus on their localized awareness but of course even that is carried out with little or no attachment. But the political analysts will have to work overtime to determine why the statistical predictions went wrong. They'll have to scrap all of their previous methods to figure out the American public. Exactly. Saw a program on Nostradamus in regards to the 2016 elections, if
you're into that. Sounded like he had Trump pretty well pegged down. He even
mentions *rigged* election or system in his quatrain. He said in the end, the

Geeez John, don't take it so hard. Yes, Clinton was her own worst enemy. If you
read the Podesta e-mails, even he said she *lies* too much! She's elite and
untrustworthy and the people are tired of that. Who knows if any *dead*
Republicans voted. If they did, it might have been enough to cancel out dead
Democrats or illegal Mexican aliens that Obama virtually encouraged to
vote(yeah, it's on video). As far as excluding Mexican and Muslims, yes, those
that come her illegally, definitely should be excluded from everything and no
more Muslims from countries with terrorist ties until a better vetting system
can be developed. As for grabbing women by the genitalia, Bill Clinton set the
precedent.

Critically, our trying to stage a coming from behind in collective consciousness we never had the numbers meditating together that were sufficient to mute what seemingly is the popular rancor and divisiveness of these times. Maybe some 2-300 or so came to help by adding to our collective numbers but data would likely bare out that these skulking times in meditation are in direct result from the 35 year decline during the Morris-Patterson administration of the TM movement of what was once a great spiritual movement of meditation and regeneration. I have almost always liked to meditate alone except for family. According to the teacher that did the group check yesterday, there are a few people naturally like that.
