Yep no question that Managing Livestock on the ground requires a reforming
self-control of the human being if it is going to work out okay. Hence, the
keeping and care of livestock seems a good and sensibly cultivating spiritually
grounding recommendation for everyone to be involved with at some point.
This is something the ‘modern’ has gone way from that explains a lot about the
“social problem” now, for those who have eyes to see it.

UPAYA, SIMPLE REMEDIAL MEASURES
SUN:
• Offering of soaked crushed wheat and jaggery (gur) to a cow on Sunday
or daily as per the extent of affliction.
MOON:
• Offering dough to a cow on Mondays or daily.
MERCURY:
• Giving green fodder or / leaves (palak/spinach) to cows on
Wednesday.
NOTES:
1. Performance in the morning after bath, prayers and before taking
breakfast regularly indicates optimum results.
2. In case the native is unable to do so as in the situations of sickness
or out of town or in the case of children, these can be performed by parents or
spouse.
3. If the offering is not accepted by a dog/cow, another cow/dog should be
tried.
4. The remedial measures should be performed regularly.
5. Performance of any one of the above measures for a particular planet
would suffice.

Yes in practice it seems that one engaging in virtuous rasayana is, for
instance, like the recommended ‘upay’ of the keeping of cows for their milk,
their shit, their pee, their presence, and the great blessing of the
cultivation that comes (..the character remediation that evidently comes..) in
the spiritual human heart of life.

“Upaya”.
The Fairfield coffee haus satsang is telling that the spelling or
pronunciation is, ‘upaya’.
For instance, one “upaya” is the owning of and caring for livestock, large
mammals. A lot of benefit evidently can come from that. -Jai Guru You

“Apay”, I read in systems of astrology that they have recommendations of
behavior, (similar to) something like rasayana related to spiritual
cultivation, that they call ‘apay’ that are spiritually remediating.
These are types of
recommendations that require the use of (the exercise of) the hologramatic
subtle spiritual system in compassionate ways that would be cultivating in
character, something like rasayana.

In community it would seem that these behavioral aspects in rasayanaic
refinement (evolution) of the subtle spiritual system of the human Being as to
what is Spiritually refining or conversely what is spiritually coarsening of
the human Being, they are more purely related to direction of spiritual
development.
Though evidently they can say something one way or another of a person’s
character, like as to a spiritual sensitivity and self-control.

Separate from cultivating human spirituality, in behavior it also seems that
one can’t necessarily say whether a character of civil behavior is simply of
someone’s upbringing (culture) or was of their DNA as an incarnating epigenetic
stress (nature) carried into an incarnation. Though socially, judgements
incorporating all of this may become rendered in to the work of juries of peers
or magistrates where asocial behavior may get separated out in penalty and
virtuous work may become recognized as elevated. Norms of individuals in
society become normative society, in behavior rasayana.

In other ‘traditional’ systems or from other eras these aspects of

Behavioral (achara) rasayanas are behaviors that enhance health, happiness and

A behavioral rasayana is that which deals with the mind's influence on the
body in a very concrete, observable way. For instance, when you are happy, your
body releases certain feel-good chemicals that promote health. On the other
hand, when you are stressed or unhappy, the body releases neurochemicals
