URishi,

I think Musk has already convinced Trump that the next industrial revolution
will be started based on a Martian economy and the AI development that will
accompany it. So, Trump announces the introduction of his "space force".

We're also witnessing the entanglement of politics and entertainment: the new
development in world culture. Can you believe it?

Why don't we invest HERE and convince people there are enough people already.

By the way, Musk has 5 kids.

[FairfieldLife] Fwd: Valuable Presentation on Wills and Trusts Saturday

2018-03-15 Thread Dick Mays dickm...@lisco.com [FairfieldLife]
Forwarded from Diane Rosenberg, drosenb...@lisco.com

Dear Friends,

This is a personal email from me.

My friend, David Sykes, is offering a valuable seminar this weekend on modern
legal estate planning.

Until recently, I’ve always thought that all that was needed was a Will to
easily pass assets and belongings on to loved ones.

But I’ve seen firsthand that’s not the case – that a Will alone is not enough
to avoid the stressful, detailed, time-consuming and expensive probate process.

However, probate IS avoidable.

Check out this announcement, below. If you want to learn more, come to
Revelations on Saturday, March 17 at noon to hear how Wills and Trusts together
can save your loved ones a lot of hassle and expense at a time when they are
not going to need more stress in their lives.

Best regards,
Diane

Why a Will Is Not Enough – A Presentation on How to Legally Protect Your Family
and Assets and Avoid Probate Court

On Saturday, March 17, Iowa attorney David E. Sykes
will offer a free legal seminar, "How to Best Utilize Wills and Trusts" that
presents how you can ensure the smooth transfer of your estate through proper
legal estate planning and documentation. The hour-long seminar takes place
upstairs at Revelations Café, 112 N. Main Street Fairfield at noon.

Sykes, whose does a significant amount of legal estate planning for Iowa
residents, says it’s a common misunderstanding that a validly executed Will
allows your estate to easily transfer to your beneficiaries.

With effective planning, a Will, along with a validly executed Trust, can
completely bypass Probate Court and all its pitfalls. The legal cost of proper
legal estate planning and documentation is typically much less expensive than
probate costs.

Sykes will discuss the various components of holistic legal estate planning,
which typically includes a Will, Revocable Trust (which becomes Irrevocable
upon one’s passing), Living Will, and Medical Power of Attorney along with the
facts you need to know in order to make informed decisions.

[FairfieldLife] Jerry Jarvis Drops the Body

2018-03-15 Thread dhamiltony...@yahoo.com [FairfieldLife]
FW: Subject: RIP dear Jerry Jarvis

I just heard tonight from Josie Batorski that our dear Jerry Jarvis passed away
earlier today ( )

I remember the wonderful class that he taught at MIU in May of 1979, just after
he returned from Seelisburg. It was a month long course on Maharishi's two
main books - the Science of Being and his translation of the first six chapters
of the Bhagavad Gita. In the first part of the morning we would read, and right
before and then again after lunch, we discussed.

I remember being inspired by the depth of Jerry's understanding of Maharishi's
teachings, and by his gentleness and playful sense of humor. I don't think
Jerry could say more than a few sentences in a row without his saying something
insightful and charming, accompanied by his delightful laugh. His goal for the
course was that we should all own that knowledge deeply. He took all questions
and with great clarity lead us all - probably a couple hundred of us MIU
seniors - into the subtlety and beauty of Maharishi's teachings.

here is a brief clip of him - the only one i could find online

https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=0c4jhBY22dA
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0c4jhBY22dAI got to know Jerry after that, and
spent some time with him in the '80s in Santa Barbara, while I was a grad
student at UCIrvine. He wanted to establish a Vedic think tank - where the
depth of Maharishi's ideas and insights into Vedic science could be deeply
probed.

Rest in peace dear Jerry - Vijayante Taram! We send our love and support to
his dear wife Debbie, who has been his close companion for over 50 years (they
were both on the Beatles Rishikesh course which just celebrated it's 50th
anniversary last month)

(i will likely send another email when more details and perhaps tributes are
available)
