What is Wrong With the Sarlo Version of Advaita? They are cruel men, meeting out punishment to great and holy souls. But there is another matter. It is the base of their cruelty, perhaps; their dark and underdeveloped relationship with God. What they have is a type of advaita, or nondualism. I got my hint from dear sister Kathleen. Kathleen has been reading Sarlo Guru Ratings for years, and informed me, 'He thinks Advaita (nondualist) gurus are superior to all others, and he always rates dualistic gurus lower.' Aha! I had been reading the Guru Ratings group letters for a couple weeks and of course they spoke a lot about it, but I didn't get the picture till Kathleen spoke. Now analyzing the hundreds of posts I had read, and judging their behavior, a vision came into my head. This vision told me what was wrong with these men and why they were 'unfinished business' or 'unripe' souls. (Of course cruelty does not always follow in the face of being unripe, the source of their violence may be a complicated issue, but certainly being unripe does not help.) These 'advaita' men (Sarlo, Bruce Morgen, Jody, some others) are mentally developed and speak of spiritual things, but they can't do the things of which they speak. They are all mind and no heart, big intellectual heads and miniscule lovers. Now education a saint doth not make. It is love. They speak of love, but where is it? Here is what is wrong with their version of advaita. Advaita is nonduality. The yogis have no corner on it. In Christianity it is called Union with God. My beloved and I become one, He is me, I am He. We become Christs ON THE CROSS, we become God by SACRIFICIAL love. Now these guys have it all wrong. They think they can think, meditate and imagine their way into God. They have missed the boat. How have they missed it and why? I suspect, that they don't want to suffer. The path of love - which is the only path, by the way (have heard there is another, there is not.there is a path that is parallel with love, but it is also love, will explain elsewhere) requires much suffering. This is why most people don't make it. This is why they stop along the way and go stale. Each transition to a higher level, until union is reached, requires giving up and a spirit of sacrifice. Now advaita is a wonderful thing. It is a true thing. They talk of it - don't have it. To prove, amazingly, that they don't really want to have it is that the great advaitist - Swami G - came to them in person, and they stoned her. How did they stone her? With words. They beat her up with their tongue bats and drove her away, without getting the benefit of what she was teaching. They want an advaita God? No, they'd rather stay in the strange fantasy world of, 'All is GodI am Godhe is God...all is the play of Godmy dog's ass is God.' Jody actually has a photo of his dog's ass on Guru Ratings, and often says his dog's ass is the same as a diety. So much for the understanding of God. A bit twisted, eh? This is how these men talk - blowing air which to God would sound like blasphemy, if God took them seriously. Now they also speak of Kali, the Mother - the Hindu version of the Feminine Divine. Mother Kali they wouldn't recognize if she walked up to them and tapped them on the shoulder. Who are you? They would say. We don't know you. Such has happened. They stoned her, also. Saint Amma, the Hugging Saint, finds no room at the Inn with these guys. Everything around her is a circus, they say. Can't bow to her because of the chaos. Can't they see the chaos is in their minds and hearts? Can't they see why they always find excuses not to worship God? There can be no advaita without the bended knee. First, submission. Then grace. You have to have guru's grace, Jesus's grace, Amma's grace, then God. The dry advaitists may wait for God 20-30 years and nothing happens, while a fervent devotee at the feet of the guru gets transported in days. These guys don't want to bend, or sit at the feet, or submit. Something is wrong with them. I had a dream. Yes, I had dreams about them. One of the dreams was this: I saw a child, so forlorn. His Dad didn't love him. He was empty and desolate because of this. Then I saw a bunch of silverware, like lots of spoons, forks and knifes. They had something to do with the child. I hugged the silverware, as if hugging the child, feeling so sad for the poor child. What was this all about? What do you do with silverware? You use them to eat. They are TOOLS for nourishment. Now, say you have no tools. Say you cannot eat. Then you stay hungry. The dream was telling me - this child cannot eat, cannot receive spiritual nourishment, because he has no tools. His trauma, his wound of being unloved, rejected, has made him incapable of receiving. Does

I was in the ashram for six years and it probably took as long afterwards for the negative effects to wear off. *** YOU DID NOT GET CLEANSED BECAUSE YOU RESISTED CLEANSING. YOU HAVE TO BE HUMBLE TO GET CLEANSED. * I dont know if I have ever had any kind of Kundalini awakening. I do know God has always been a focus of my life, from birth and before. do consider myself to be a sincere seeker, albeit a lazy one in some ways. *** AT LEAST YOU ARE ADMITTING TO ONE OF YOUR FAULTS. THAT IS A BEGINNING. * The laziness is huge. I have to overcome the laziness before I can do anything about it :-) What is surprising to me is that this lazy streak a mile wide could remain hidden from me till recently. It is for an article I am writing and for discussion to edify many. 1 If God is in Infinity and therefore beyond us, how can we know God? 2 If God is infinite can there be such a thing as one perfect religion or best religion for everyone? 3 How do you decide which religion or spiritual discipline is good, bad or not so good? 4 Should God be symbolized as Spirit/Energy, as male God, Mother God or how? What is the best symbolism to you and why? 5 Almost all religions, certainly most, espouse love. Why then has so much evil ocurred in the name of God? 6 If you are God in the yoga/Buddhist sense of the word, then should you still pray? Or just work on being God or finding the Self/God within? Should you work only on nonduality or should you work on the dual vision also? 7 Which is more important, finding your own Enlightenment, or helping others? If tending to others interferes with your meditation and God presence, should you ignore them or should you tend to them, even though they disturb your inner state? 8 If God is within each person (as well as all creation) why is God so difficult to find? Shouldn't this be easy? 9 What is the purpose of mystical experiences; visions, voices, dreams, revelations and such. Are they good in any way or bad? 10 If you had to spend the rest of your life on an island with people how would you like them to be? Describe the kind of people you could bear spending the rest of your life with on an island. 11 When you see God face to face how will God look? When you die and go to Heaven, what will you see? There will be more open lesbian liaisons and also, women will bond in order to work together. No more scratching each other's eyes out because we are an oppressed group scrambling for the resources controlled by men. 2. Homosexuality, male and female, will be out in the open. People will not ridicule homosexuals any more as they will realize it is not a choice. The agenda of the old boy's club will be revealed. People will see the hypocrisy, prudishness and hysteria about sex a thing of the past. 3. Sex attitudes will change entirely. There will be no denouncing of masturbation, fornication and adultery, nudity and sexiness from the pulpits of the female-based churches. 4. In religion there will be major changes. The orthodox religions will pass into the background. First, women will become prominent in orthodox churches, giving way to inclusive language and then ideas. Scriptures will be reinterpreted in favor of the Feminine Divine. The orthodox churches which refuse women equal ministry and authority will decline drastically and wither away due to lack of funds. Those which remain will be seen as old, archaic, backward cults. Holding onto the stiff, anti-woman puritanical laws, these people will be viewed as out-of-date and out- of-step, totally deluded darkened. But since we have freedom of religion, it will still be practiced, but less and less so. In fact, people will leave orthodox churches in droves even though they include more females . They are tired of the old bible (which has been such a terrible motive or excuse for violence, sexism, discrimination and judgementalism) and ready to discover new paths. There will be a resurgence of Eastern thought, (already strong) meditation and gnosis; people going within and finding their own way. The underground religions of Wicca, Pagans, Druids, Pantheists, Gnostics and so forth will come into the forefront, as well as ancient worship of Egyptian goddesses like Isis and many others . Each sect - Christian, Jew, even Muslim, will bring forth their pantheon of goddesses and these will be worshipped in many veneus. There will be shrines, storefront churches, Temples and Cathedrals everywhere dedicated to Goddesses. The common man and woman on the street, wherever they may be, will be able to find worship in big or small Temples to MotherGod, a welcome relief from days gone by. People will be amazed as to how Mother worship was stifled for so long. The media will have representation for the women's spirituality equal to that of men - and then in time - surpassing the 'male God' religions. There will begin to be a representation of women's beliefs on televison. First, a station here and there. Then a network. Then more networks that represent this spirituality as well as all interests, activities, and herstory gone by. Amazing things will be brought forth, and people will be galvanized. They will breathe a sigh of relief as the old stuffy, repressed, frightening religions of men will exit out the door. Young people will see options that appeal to them rather than make them feel life is over before it begins. You will go from fear/guilt-/repression religions to love/light/joy based modalities. You will go from hypocrisy to acceptance and tolerance. From prudishness and condemnation you will have personal freedom and relaxation. Nothing about the new behavior will be immoral. It will be a breath of fresh air. Nudism will abound - not considerd particularly sexual and certainly not evil. People will walk around naked in their homes and back yards. Children will also go naked if they please and it will not be considered irresponsible to have family nudity. Nudity will be an accepted way of life and people will not be automatically shocked and tittilated at the naked body any more. Just a part of MotherGod's creation. 5. There will be a great decrease in two terrible things: abortion and child abuse. First, women will now have sex when they want to and will not be forced into it. (Of course in third world countries, this force will take time to eradicate.) Since women will have control over their bodies and sexuality, they will get pregnant less, and at the time they are ready for children, and this will eliminate huge numbers of abortions. Second, the care of children, now that women are freed up, will accelerate dramatically. Women will have spy cameras in the homes and children will have chips in their bodies (non harmful, just under the skin) which allows them to be monitored at all times. If a child is taken away or kidnapped, it will be found quickly. Child abusers will be dealt with as never before. 6. New safety measures. How did it come about, the creation of women into two kinds of women? Today it is so prevalent (although Matriarchy is coming, old stuff is still here) that people more or less assume that the hooker on Cherry Street is one kind of woman morally speaking, while the Lady of the Manor is a Lady whether or not she practices virtue. The hooker on Cherry St. may be a saint and Lady Jane a demon, but society does not see it that way. This demarcation was created~for what? For the convenience of men. Huh? What convenience? We have forgotten where this came from, but getting back to the root of thing will help us eradicate it. Once upon a time, long, long ago, there were no rules against sex. You don't need sex morality rules(except for serious trangressions...we are talking normal sex here) in a Matriarchy. Huh? What were they, a bunch of swingers? (heh, heh, heh, the regular snickers in Patriarchy, always laughing about the thing they repressI can hear the canned laughter in the sitcomes now.) In a Matriarchy NOBODY CARED NOR NEEDED TO KNOW WHO THE FATHER WAS. In other words, all power lay in the hands of women. Women got pregnant and were the parent. A male might or might not be acknowledged as the Dad. Because property rights were in the hands of women, this property was handed down to daughters. Women made the rules - created the laws and the schedules. Men more or less obeyed, and everything went smoothly. It was when men took over that they NEEDED to create sex rules in order to determine PATERNITY OF THE CHILDREN. The rules were created not to stop men from doing sex with anyone and everyone - but to prevent women from doing sex with anyone and everyone. That way hubby knows that Jr. who he's feeding with his hard-earned money and leaving the house to, is his Jr., and not the guy's down the street. An elaborate set of rules got put into place, with much force, threats, violence and brainwashing; women were beaten and hypnotized into submission. Call it religious, social, cultural norms or whatever. It was all created and with great effort perpetrated by males and women who in time, supported them. Just look at the faithful of Protestant and Catholic Churches, for example. Here you have women preachers, on the television pulpit, otherwise intelligent women like Joyce Meyer, saying, 'Woman must submit to the man.' Now most of the women who will read this article know that this is old hat, outdated, dumber than dumb, and yet many women in power, like Joyce Meyer, are still proclaiming this lie. (And these women are looked up to by truth-hungry men and women who want to do right!) It is a dirty shame! It is now time that the Wiccans step forward! I can't wait till the day when we have some sort of freedom of speech for women. I imagine a network.. (half of all television, it seems to me, is propoganda for males - be it Trinity, EWTN, the Sports channel for their dumb sports, the hunting channel for their evil carnage, the movie channels for their male-hero worship crap, and a lot of other nonsense made to sell businesses owned by males).I imagine a network created for Women's Spirituality. There would be all the Goddess-worshipping women with their own shows, preaching their gospel, whatever it is. There would be Mary Ellen (of [EMAIL PROTECTED]) with her show, about her clans and sharing love and wisdom by the campfires. Another show would be a Matriarchal yogi, another one I would run about Our Holy Mother being an Incarnation of God. Protestant and Catholic Women who believe in total equal rights for women in religion could have their shows. In between we run entertainment that glorifies the lives of women: Women saints, appearances of the Virgin Mary, women of history, women of today, women getting into politics and government and so forth. We are talking real freedom and speech and not a network to support sappy 'women's interest' shmaltz - which basically comes down to decorating houses, cleaning houses, buying appliances, taking care of small children, romances, supporting hubby and all the traditional things women are supposed to be limited to. We are not limited! What is a woman? What is a Mother? She is the designated ruler of the planet. The head of the household, the family, the Church, the government and the world. She needs to take charge, NOW! But this madonna-whore myth is one of the basic Communist-style lies men have put upon the human race. And because of it, a lot of complicated behavior happens. Now why does it work for men? He keeps woman in control by fear and by reprisals. The fear is loss of reputation, loss of acceptance from others, ostracism and hatred from her fellow humans. WHAT IS ENLIGHTENMENT? www.womanthouartgod.com Rasa Von Werder 8/5/05 A few months ago I became friends with a Buddhist/Yogi near Tibet, by e mail and phone. He at first fascinated me, then tormented me, until I just moved on. He hooked me in by the claim of having the highest state of Enlightenment or Nirvana that there was, and I certainly wanted to learn. He made many claims; the succession from a long line of Tibetan Lamas and so forth, and since I did not know the lingo and wanted to learn, it was taking time to sort it out. Along with his supposed perfection there were quirks along the way. After a while, when phones were exchanged, I called him weekly. For a man with no desires he certainly had some. He desired his wife and her cooking, (he was telling her exactly what he wanted for dinner offside the phone one day...prepared precisely one way, and not another, speaking imperiously to her.) He desired to be totally in control of wifey, I noted - went into a sort of jealous fit when I chit chatted with her one day, Why are you talking with her? She doesn't know anything about Enlightenment! And furthermore, she has work to do, and you are keeping her from it! From deep inside his spleen I felt the fear that I would be filling her head with thoughts of Matriarchy and Female Supremacy, ideas he bashed soundly by saying to me, There is no gender! There is no body! There is no personality and separate self! You are pitting female against male, and perpetrating the same wrongs from the past...you are not bringing liberation and peace! We must all see each other as God, as souls in the Infinite Ocean of Bliss, nonduality, and Infinite Reality! That is the only way to peace and freedom...what you are preaching is devisive and dualistic! You are functioning on a lower level than myself! I am sure he remembered which gender his wife was when he got into bed with her - and he certainly recalled which gender had to cook and clean...breed and nurture. There was no confusion in his mind on a day to day level that he was male, and servants were female. He also pooh-poohed my experiences of God, saying I was attached to suffering, and the Divine Stigmata he found irrelevant, maybe foolish, some sort of psychological whiplash of the soul. He said dark night of the soul was delusion, and therefore, the sufferings of Jesus and all Christian Saints were of a lower level...he called it attachment to suffering, and of course, I was one of the deluded sufferers. He insisted that there was no higher state than his non-dualistic, Buddah, no-desires, no ambition, no pain state. He was beyond everything; beyond Witness Consciousness, beyond any kind of phenomena such as revelations, visions, voices, intimations, inner sense experiences and so on. He was beyond the gifts of the Holy Spirit! He did not pray, chant, do mantras or meditate, although he tolerated others to do so whom he taught. (What was he teaching them?) He did not pray, as he knew he was God. (Since he was beyond all of the above and had no more phenomena characteristis of saints and mystics, what did he have? He claimed a deep and unchanging state of PERFECT PEACE.) Being beyond sainthood, you could not argue with him. Over there, near Tibet, he felt he had it all and knew it all, while I, a confused and beguiled Westerner, had it to learn. All the while he is living what seems to me a conventional life, with normal desires and feelings. He pretended he was above the mortal state. When I contradicted him he would wince and when I quoted saints of other persuasions he just declared, categorically, they were beneath his brand of Enlightenment. The denial about his humanity troubled me, as neither Jesus, nor any of the great Christian saints denied the mortal dimension. But then I was pondering maybe Buddhists were different. He said there were only four or five people he knew that were as high up as he. (Maybe there were four or five billion, I mused.) I let this man sit in my head, tormenting me, for four or five months. As I tried sorting out if he could be for real, my mental operatons were staggered. What really blew my faith in him were the dreams. I have gifts of the Holy Spirit where I can see inside the soul of another person. Why was I not getting dreams about this man's Enlightened state? Instead, he appeared as crippled and needy, crying, wailing in pain, angry, unloving and jealous! -not ascended and enlightened at all. There was no shakti from him, just torment. (On the other hand, I received Darshan from Amma, where she anointed and blessed me and I knew she was a living saint. Ditto for Ramana Maharshi, from the other side of the veil...not so with Lama Dorky.) Could this man be beyond sainthood? It didn't seem logical. Then, a strange little clue blew the whole thing out of the water. I was trying to figure out why he'd e mailed me in the first place. I went back to the article I had written

Rasa Von Werder What are the weapons available to women in their struggle for success? My friend, let us look within. Is it by might or force that we can succeed? No responsible, reasonable person thinks that. Our lives here are an eternal struggle against enemies of the world, the flesh and the devil. We fight ourselves and we fight what is outside ourselves. They say inner demons, and these are, without a doubt, some of the worst enemies. They may be real demons or they may be programs that were put into our brains by experiences. We may have blocks, phobias, neurotic and psychotic tendencies that we have to break through. We are surrounded by enemies from within and without, and our success depends on only one thing: ourselves. No human, no demon can destroy us if we pull ourselves together, arm ourselves with the proper weapons, and take charge. Nothing can destroy us IF WE DON'T LET IT! In the famous passage of St. Paul, he speaks of the principalities and powers, in high places, that we do warfare with. And our arms? The Helmet of Salvation, the Breastplate of Righteousness, the Girdle of Truth, feet clad in the Gospel of Peace or Shoes of Peace, the Sword of the Spirit, (which is the Word of God,) and the Shield of Faith. Let us begin with the Helmet of Salvation. Truly, our mind is the beginning of all things, and that is what the Helmet surrounds and covers. First of all, we cannot love God lest we know God, and we know God with our minds. The mind is the most important part of us, so St. Paul starts here. Even our will, which is vitally important, is empowered by the mind. How can we make a decision or will something, if we have not seen it or understood it? So how do we fight with the mind? By listening to things, reading things, watching things and thinking about things which are truthful and positive. These would be spiritual, religious things and those things which show good and affirm good. On the opposite, we would filter our or remove or reject things that are untruthful, negative, against life and truth and love and keep our minds clean of such dirt. Now in our daily lives we will be assaulted by dirt, and deadly dirt. We will be assaulted by people on the lower rungs of evolution, and by those who are going to Hell and don't care. We will be attacked by those who don't love us - including our parents and family, and do as much damage by neglecting, ignoring us as they do by abusing us. Somehow, by arming ourselves with God and Truth, we must resist all evil and protect this great mind of ours. From this mind all the programs start. These programs are thought patterns and behavior that is instilled. We will hear our family voices in our brains for the rest of our lives for they have programmed us; not always by words but by actions. How do we counterbalance the negative programs? By studying religion and spirituality. By praying and meditating and having trust and faith in God. We must always and above all things in life love ourselves spiritually. When a person collapses in pain and gets angry because of pain, that person is at that moment hating themselves. The things that hurt us make us stop loving ourselves. It's as if a venomous snake bit us and filled us with the poison of hate - usually self hate. When others hurt us, they belittle us. Why don't they love us? That's what we need: love. God gives us love, always. But people don't. Be careful of your reactions to people who are not loving us. You will get more pain than love in this life - far more. Those who love you, or at least refrain from hurting you, will be few and far between. Arm yourself by protecting your mind. Now for the ,Breastplate of Righteousness. OK, so you're not a holy saint. But you can get there. Start now. Be righteousness in your thoughts, words and deeds. Don't lie, cheat or steal. Don't lie to yourself, cheat yourself out of goodness, nor rob yourself of the good gifts God would give you, if you made yourself open to them. Don't take what other people have, giving them nothing in return. Don't lust after another women's man, or her house, or her car, or her beauty, or her possessions, or her health, or her children. Lust for nothing others have. Be happy with what you have. If you like what someone else has, work for it. You don't know the price they paid for what they have. You may not want to pay the price. Don't judge other women and decide they are guilty of sin. Only God and the confessor know what sin a person is guilty of. We all think we're so innocent. But our thoughts, our feelings are sinful. Thinking evil of others; hate, revengeful thoughts

WHEN MARY WAS WORSHIPPED AS GOD (CONNECTIONS WITH VISHNU AND KRISHNA) WWW.WOMANTHOUARTGOD.COM BY BROTHER MARKUS EDITED/REWRITTEN BY RASA VON WERDER THE TRADITION OF MARY, THE GREAT GODDESS From the Second Century there are reports about a movement named Collyridians, whose members worshipped Mother Mary as Goddess. The name Collyridians comes from the practice of offering cakes, a ritual that was reported in Jeremiah for the Jewish worship of the Queen of Heaven. Although evidence of this original movement is lost, the next appearance of these people is called Philomarianites, (lovers of Mary) mentioned repeatedly over centuries by the Catholic Church. This worship of Mary as Goddess was condemned and such tendencies were looked upon as errors of theology. In this thesis I shall prove that there have been genuine traditions in which Mary was looked upon and worshipped as the Supreme Being, the Great Goddess. I am using the name Philomarianites for them. The Philomarianites operated as secretly as necessary and as openly as possible. Due to the latter fact, it is possible to find its traces up to this day. I hope that by revealing this Marian worship it will be understood that Christianity has its own Goddess tradition similar to that enjoyed by Hindus. None of my sources are canonical, (as are the scriptures of the Bible,) nor from the texts of the Church Fathers. I am presenting this from other Christian sources. (Limiting the Christian traditions to the Bible only would be historically ignorant, as many of our spiritual roots come from elsewhere. In this connection it is interesting to know that Martin Luther, one of the proponents of the Bible-only tradition changed the Bible himself. He removed a few books out of the canon - for example the Maccabaeans, (because he didn´t like the fact that this connected the Roman Empire with Israel. It did not fit into his anti-Roman sensibilities). Jesus himself did not write a book, nor tell anyone to do so. But there have been others over the centuries who were lead to write down their experiences and knowledge of the Divine. It is time to overcome the belief that the texts of the Bible are more sacred and reliable than any other sources. I am including art as a valid medium, especially in light of the fact that ancient people were largely illiterate and used art to better their understanding. GODDESS MARY IN LEGENDS MIRACLE STORIES Religious legends, told and retold, have been a major source of spiritual information for the majority of people through the ages. This is true for all religions. Differences can be found mainly in the way religious officials dealt with them. The highest rank legends are enjoyed in Hinduism, where they are collected in numerous puranas and are frequent in the Hindu Scriptures. In the Christian tradition legends are no longer easily found. Even the most famous collection legende aureae which once was a standard book is nowadays known only to persons with a special interest. What to say of the less official legends, that were told among the common folks. Although a lot of this material has been lost forever, there are some collections extant. From these I have chosen my examples to show how Mary is being described as a Sovereign Goddess. THE LEGEND OF THE PRIEST WHO ONLY READS MASS FOR MARY I came across two versions of this legend, one very short, the other more elaborate. But the story is the same: There was a priest, not very learned, but a great devotee of Mother Mary. Therefore each day he said Mass for Mary. This was reported to the bishop, who became angry; since an exclusive worship of Mother Mary was verboten. He removed the priest from his privileges and income. In the night the Queen of Heaven appeared before the bishop, asking him why he had done this to her devotee. (In one version she is even threatening the bishop with the loss of his title and life.) The bishop repented, reinstated the priest and himself became a devotee of Mary. Exclusive worship of Mother Mary had always been rejected by the Catholic Church. (At that time the only official Church in western and central Europe). Therefore the bishop of the legend did his duty by punishing the priest and removing him from the service of the Church . The Queen of Heaven on the other side did not care for the Church dogma, but stood by her devotee and made sure that he was reinstated. The message of this legend is clear: 1. The Queen of Heaven is more powerful than the Church. 2. Mother Mary takes care of her devotees. 3. Exclusive worship of the Divine Mother is beneficial. 4. A warning to the opponents of Mary worship - they might get in trouble if they are harassing her devotees. In this legend Mary is acting as a Sovereign Goddess, taking care of her devotee and approving worship of her. To the listener it becomes obvious that the humblest devotee of Mary is of a higher rank than a bishop holding
