Re: [FairfieldLife] Can an Enlightened Person Have Lust?
Oh no Barry2ji.. Don't know what video you watched. He didn't say animalistic, animal like, that the enlightened will indulge in animal like sex. Utterly natural, without any feelings of guilt, shame, without the society's conditioning, the priest's conditionings, without any archetypal guilts of abusing or being an abuser, totally moving into the sex, getting overwhelmed but not overcome by it as he climaxes, totally blissed out. Or can an enlightened person enjoy sex? Of course they can. Remember enlightenment will remove the barriers to anything. However right hand path people will inordinately want to behave like perfect angels because that is the nature of the right hand path which is for renunciates and not householders. However the Shri Bhagavan does indicate to the enlightened person it will look more and more like a base animal behavior (even if they do enjoy it). Porn would start looking like at couple of dogs going at in your front yard. Having a healthy libido is important for having good health.

Just curious; I have no doubt the Bhagavan knows of what he speaks, and can jump bones with as much gusto as the rest of us; if the enlightened can not think of lust, and we're all heading to enlightenment, as sure as the universe is expanding---does this mean the end: of this... http://www.ibiblio.org/wm/paint/auth/renoir/bath/seated-bather.jpg and this: http://www.travelogues.net/india/index_js.htm?page=photos_taj_mahal.htm and this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpitgIp40GM&feature=related and this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2MsndyW33Q&feature=related From: John To: FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com Sent: Monday, November 7, 2011 8:58:38 PM Subject: [FairfieldLife] Can an Enlightened Person Have Lust? Rationalization? - you sick, lying, crooked Buddhist son of a bitch. Treating sexual thought as natural and controlling it in a morally ethically socially accepted way obviously sounds perverted to you. You would rather want people to pretend they are renunciates like Tibetan Buddhist masters and then abuse every woman you can lay your hand on. I have heard of horror stories from a friend of mine who was a Tibetan Buddhist monk. This sickness and sexual repression only entered on a large scale after Buddhism in India. People obsessed with sex and worshiping renunciates, who the are forced to compromise because of fear of their followers, sick !! > Nice outfit. Re: [FairfieldLife] Can an Enlightened Person Have Lust?
Beautiful, I was very curious. He didn't disappoint me at all :-) There is lust, no pain, no suffering. There is anger, there is no pain, no suffering. Lust or sex is purely a biological need, like hunger though obviously not so often :-). Like he says just animal like, there is no question of possession, no question of getting consumed by it, no shame, no guilt, ergo no pain or suffering.
