[FairfieldLife] RE:BURGER

2005-05-05 Thread marwincornyarmand

It seems to me that the advent of thousands of uncertified TM
teachers might be Nature's way of telling the movement that it does
not own this knowledge and that it even transcends MMY's approval if
he is obstructing it's spread. Nothing stops evolution. It's entirely
possible that the movement realizes there is nothing legal they can do
despite bluffs (common in legal proceedings) and they are trying to
tighten the loophole with new legal agreements in the recertification
program. Maybe God (Nature) wants a free maketplace of new meditators
who are taught by trained teachers who owe their allegiance to God
rather than an organization or guru.

Hey.
With the New Organisation were uncertified TM-Teachers not longer
is a part of, MMY has cancelled the former agreements with
the uncertified TM-Teachers, either he is aware of it or not. In my
opinion the uncertified TM-Teachers have an unique knowledge to
share with other people. We can be a part of the evolution in a
positive way.

The sky is the limit. You can have
your own residence courses and explore marma therapy for six hours a day, or
learn tankha painting or do tai chi and round, or just round like ten times a
day, or play rock music, have orgies, it is the new age all over again. Anyone
who thinks heaven on earth comes with some dorky looking crown and seven hours a
day of meditation isn't asking for much.

Probably not, but for some reason you sound
familiar. What do you charge for TM?
-Peter

Hey.

For working people approx. 480 Dollar, less for students. If people
don't have money, they learn for free. I do not refuse anyone because
they do not have money. It is a great releave to initiate without the
money-stress. And the students have great experiences. I initiate in
small groups, often 1 or two people at the time. It is much better for
the students than the big courses we used to have. In Ukraina I
initiated 125 persons a day - just terrible.
My small groups meets with each other after a while to experience
meditating together.

Is it maybe time for an unofficial global network of unrecertified TM
teachers listed on the net, via a dedicated webpage...? Could even
rekindle the lost spirit of the Movement and be open to feedback
and suggestions from meditators, for a change... call it iTM
(independent Transcendental Meditators..)

Hey.

I think that is a great idea. I will never again - repeat: NEVER AGAIN
join a new organisation - but I think it is a lot of confused TM-
teachers out there who really want to initiate, but is hanging up in
their minds with the TMO. If I can be to any help with my experience -
I will be happy for that.

By the way, my real name is Ingegerd, so let us use that for the future.

i am curious, in what sense did you win
over the TMO? was it a moral victory
where you just persevered and nobody
was gonna stop you?

or was it a legal victory, setting a legal
precedent for independent TM teaching.

a friend of mine has been teaching TM
at the old rates for quite some time, and
he is always busy initiating new people.

i would like to tell him about your legal
victory, if thats what you meant ;-)

g.

The TMO did not take me to the Court. The treathen to do it, and I
said Do it. Then they withdraw. But you have to know the law and use
a lawyer who is tough. You have rights as a citizen of a democracy -
bless the democracy. The TMO is in some way afraid of the reputation, -
and a courtcase could destroy the TMO completely.

I meant TM-Teacher that has been waiting for better times and did not

are initiating more or less in secret. I have not spoken to recertified

After Chopra left TMO, we were not allowed to even mention his name.

For years they was not allowed to meet MMY -. Every time I was in
