Are you serious? This guy is a fucking maniac. It is not OK to go around shooting people because they *might* have had a bad background. He might just as easily have had a "proper" family background that's acceptable to you.
You can't really justify shooting someone after the fact once you find out they aren't as perfect as you. Justice can't work like that. "Someone would have shot him sooner or later" sure.. but that doesn't make it OK.
