But a really *great* asshole, a really *entertaining*
asshole in that even if you disagree with what he's 
ranting about, you kinda have to give him points for
his ranting style. 

THIS is why the film is actually pretty cool, and
why I raved about it in my earlier mini-review. The
dude just rocks. He is *such* an outspoken asshole
that you just can't tear your eyes away from him,
either on the screen or on the page.

I used the term in my earlier mini-review a force
majeure to describe Harlan Ellison. I stand on that.

Apparently he does all his writing on a manual Olympia 
typewriter - he hates personal computers and most of 
the Semitic population. He wants to build a 26 foot wall 
around the Middle East. That's his solution!
