Maybe a spa in a big city would do enough business to cover costs, but a MAPI store in a mall is going nowhere even in a big city -- MAPI can't be anything but an online operation outside of Fairfield. there's just not much of a market. They'll probably throw in the towel in a couple months and sublease to somebody else, and the mall owners will go along because an unsuccessful operation is no good for anybody.
