My guess is that this is only a visit on the part of Purusha (Mother
Divine has indicated that their visit to Vlodrop is just that, and
they're moving back to Livinston Manor). The small group of 20 or 30
Purusha will move into the trailers in Vedic City, getting people
used to the idea, and then the rest of Purusha will move in later.
