Most TV sets don't have DVD players in them. 
You'd need a DVD player hooked up to your TV.

1. Right click the file.
2. Save to disk.
3. Double-click and open the file in iTunes.
4. Connect to your TV with video-out cable from 
your computer.

Or, watch the files on your computer.

5. To burn to DVD, drag the file in Windows 
My Computer to the DVD drive and burn to a 
blank DVD disk.

Note: Some set-top DVD players cannot play 
burned DVDs in any format.

try going to www.nbxsoft.com. They've got a lot of free converters-- 
bare bones and fast. I've used the WMA and WAV to MP3 converter for 
a few months and am really pleased with it.
