Dear Friends, Every bit of help is needed readying the Frats for the Pandits. The first group is coming Thursday night and the second may be here as early as Saturday! As of today's call, all will be staying on campus now in five frats across from the Domes. These are very exciting times! Help is very much needed in getting all the buildings ready. Major renovation work is going on, including installing new carpets. If you can help for any amount of time, day or night, please come to Frat 114 beginning at 10:30 am each day for an assignment and help get the buildings ready for our new and most welcomed guests! One volunteer put together this list of items needed in the renovation process. If you have any of these items, please bring them along. Vacuum Cleaners w/ replacement bags Shop vacs. Window Cleaner w/ squeegees Disinfectant w/ cleaning sponges and buckets Lime, Scum and Rust Remover for the bathrooms and sinks Lots of Screw Drivers Paint rollers and brushes w/ drop cloths Paint remover Razor Blades for scraping paint off the glass Electricians with electrical outlets and fixtures Pick-up trucks to come get the brush and haul it away from the yard. Push brooms for the walkways Please come whenever you can, for whatever time you can spare. Every hour counts!
