It's not the most rapid pace, rather the most rapid
pace that those on that particular course are aware
of.

historical significance
of the term Good News from the Christian context
makes me think it
might be, like the equally historically nearsighted
term, Age of
Enlightenment.) If this is the official
description of the program
it does spell out the details of the program and may
spark an
interesting discussion.
