I find the Anaconda splash interesting, I like the effect of the sword being larger than the background. With Anaconda Prompt I am not that happy, the banding is visible and ugly. BTW, I do not understand the specs for this image: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Artwork/ThemingOverview#Anaconda_Prompt_Screen It is 640x300? 640x480 like F7 and F8? It is it really 16 colors or more like F7-F8? It looks like the specs changed and the page remained the same, does have anyone more insight? -- nicu :: http://nicubunu.ro :: http://nicubunu.blogspot.com Cool Fedora wallpapers: http://fedora.nicubunu.ro/wallpapers/ Open Clip Art Library: http://www.openclipart.org my Fedora stuff: http://fedora.nicubunu.ro ___ Fedora-art-list mailing list Fedora-art-list@redhat.com http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-art-list

I'm glad u appreciate the splash. You're right about the prompt! For the 7 the 8 release it seems that the 16 color max was left apart. If it was, why we can't enjoy? :D Samuele - Messaggio originale - Da: Nicu Buculei [EMAIL PROTECTED] A: Discussions about the artwork included with Fedora, including icons, themes, and wallpapers. fedora-art-list@redhat.com Inviato: Martedì, 26 agosto 2008 16:31:41 GMT +01:00 Amsterdam/Berlino/Berna/Roma/Stoccolma/Vienna Oggetto: Re: InvinXble Updates Samuele Storari wrote: Right now I delivered new materials for the InvinXble Theme. I'd played with some idea, I know the grammar wasn't correct, but I know I need some help. It was just an idea borned on a paper sheet... https://fedoraproject.org/w/uploads/d/d1/InvinXble_release_party_Poster.jpg Here I thinked aobut the 3 Words of the Fedora Concept, Freedom, Voice Infinity, in this case Infinity screw me :D The creativer idea behind is clear, but I really can't explain it well, I hope someone can help me. Re: InvinXble F10 Theme round 2 step1
The invinXble theme is great. And the Anaconda and the splash themes look really nice. -klaatu On Thu, Aug 21, 2008 at 7:45 AM, Samuele Storari [EMAIL PROTECTED]wrote: Hi guys! Re: [Echo] One Canvas workflow + making commits easier

As noted in my yesterday's blog post [1], I expanded this script a little to better fit our needs [attachment]. I intend to do further expansions to make the lives of our artists even easier. Most notably I'd like to create these scripts to ease the life of echo artists and package them for fedora: * script to clone and set up the local git echo repository * script to update the local git repository * script to render and add the created icon (using One Canvas Workflow) to local git repository The lastly mentioned script would be ruby script, expansion of the attached one (it basically does everything already sans working with the git repo), the other two would probably be just bash scripts. I propose these names+usage of the scripts: * echo-set-up repo-destination-dir * echo-update repo-destination-dir * echo-add-icon repo-destination-dir icon-one-canvas-source-svg The package containing these three scripts could be named echo-artist. Any thoughts/suggestions/comments on these thoughts? Of course, I am completely new to ruby, so the code might not be the best... If you know how to improve it, feel free to do so, I'll push it to git once we decide on the final names of the scripts.
