I like the idea of suse and fedora should have that. Also with the idea to change login manager.. i think that's very good to do. There is a lot more to look at in a login manager including integration and more importantly security. GDM in trunk has been rewritten. I'm not sure if it will be released in-time for F9 but you should follow up on with one of the desktop developers. The new GDM from what I have seen is Gtk+ themed with a background and translucent Gtk+ window face browser. -- John (J5) Palmieri [EMAIL PROTECTED] ___ Fedora-art-list mailing list Fedora-art-list@redhat.com http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-art-list

What I really like is that text logo combined with the logo that is on the left, four down. I like the idea of keeping the magnifying glass as the logo and icon but combing it with the text and having the feet trample over it for a full effect. Something to the effect of the attached svg though better composed than I can do. Also for the icon we need to figure out how to make it look good at small resolutions. -- John (J5) Palmieri [EMAIL PROTECTED] attachment: d-feet_combo.svg___ Fedora-art-list mailing list Fedora-art-list@redhat.com http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-art-list
