"bootup/loading graphics (plymouth?)" is blocked by lack of documentation about Plymouth. "Package Artwork for Beta ???" won't make it, we won't have Round 3 (so a final theme selected) in due time for Beta freeze. I see that u wrong with the ends of the round for the Art Team. We will close the 2nd round 08/31/2008, and not one month ago. :D So, the Round 3 is totally wrong, for other things I really dunno to much...
