I'm fine from 7 different locations in the Netherlands (including 
+trace), but not from the U.S. (digging on unity04.fedoraunity.org at 
server 64.122.217.133).

Oh, the joys of working for a tier1 ISP :)

I just did a round the world trip on our resolvers (New York, DC,
Boston, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Dallas) and
couldn't see it fail once from any location.
