Ho ho. Fake tags as a way of commenting on text is about as accepted as
smileys, at least on technically-oriented lists. That doesn't mean they

/usr/bin/alsa-info.sh --no-upload

and post the result here?

You need to have alsa-utils installed.

on my HP nx7400 laptop (I don't have the sound card specs for that one).
