Getting Rid of NepoMuk
Hi How do I kill this? Where is it coming from? Well, I had to nuke my KDE environment and switch to XFCE. damn! It seemed like the 7-head hydra.No matter how many times I killed it would just restart. It killed my MythTV box in the middle of movies. Now with XFCE I could finally watch them. In System Settings, under Advanced / Desktop Search, uncheck "enable Nepomuk semantic services" and click "Apply".
