I've done a yum clean all and yum clean expire-cache. It still occurs. How do I fix this ? Thanks It is looking for a install drive like a DVD or CD-rom. You need to go into your settings and turn it off. I looked in kpackagekit-settings-Origins of Packages and I don't have anything to disable that looks related to a DVD or CDROM. Any ideas ? Thanks for the reply ! LG Edit /etc/yum.repos.d/Fedora-install-media.repo. Change to enabled=1 to enabled=0. This action fixed my problem. In case someone wants to know, the contents of this file were: [InstallMedia] name=Fedora 8 mediaid=1194015397.199387 metadata_expire=-1 gpgcheck=0 cost=500 I added enabled=0 to stop the messages. -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@redhat.com To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/MailingListGuidelines
