Dear All,

I am seeing the problem with the disk tray closing immediately after
eject. Apparently, this problem is related with the following bug:

How can I now take out the dvd disk that is inside the tray? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

The physical way to do this is to insert a straightened paper clip into the
small hole that can be found on the front of any DVD player. It will
probably go in a fair distance when you will feel some resistance. Continue
to push and it will manually release the tray. Grab the tray by the edges
and pull out.

I take it that quickly grabbing the disk when the drawer opens before it
closes again doesn't work? I usually use my pinkie finger for this. I
guess it depends on how much pause time there is between opening and
closing

Ed's paper-clip idea is your next best bet. It works whether the
machine is powered up or not.

Thanks in advance,

Paul
