I still think we should keep the timestamps, but I won't block on this.

You said copysources was a leftover, yet I still see it in the current spec.
Others that could be problematic in the future are:
%{_bindir}/get_range
%{_bindir}/make_torrent
%{_bindir}/subconv
%{_bindir}/svg_converter

I assume you will handle any file conflicts with other packages that may occur
in the future.

mldonkey-tools/utils? Why not. If they're useful independent of mldonkey then
it's possible. Not really important though.

Alright. There are no major issues left, so this package is APPROVED.
Thank you for the enormous effort to bring this package in line with Fedora
Packaging Guidelines. Great job.

SRPM URL:
http://chitlesh.fedorapeople.org/RPMS/perl-Hardware-Vhdl-Lexer-1.00-1.fc10.src.rpm
Description:
Hardware::Vhdl::Lexer splits VHDL code into lexical tokens. To use it, you
need to first create a lexer object, passing in something which will supply
chunks of VHDL code to the lexer. Repeated calls to the get_next_token
method of the lexer will then return VHDL tokens (in scalar context) or a
token type code and the token (in list context). get_next_token returns
undef when there are no more tokens to be read.

 [-] File based requires are sane.

Notes
==
1. It seems that the test phase would be happier if Test::Pod was available:
t/pod.skipped: Test::Pod 1.14 required for testing POD
The package is available for all versions of Fedora and EPEL, so I see no
reason to not BR it.

2. Requires: perl(Class::Std) is not needed, rpmbuild peeks it
automatically

3. Are you sure that perl(Test::More) and perl(Test::Pod::Coverage) are needed
as Requires? At a quick glance I did not see them being "Use"d.

1. It seems that the test phase would be happier if Test::Pod was available:
t/pod.skipped: Test::Pod 1.14 required for testing POD
The package is available for all versions of Fedora and EPEL, so I see no
reason to not BR it.

2. I see that t/tidy gives lots of errors:

Updated pacakge.

- Add patch to use system BeautifulSoup
- Add beautifulsoup requires
- Fix build/install commands.
- Fix bogus permission on cutils file

Package now requires BeautifulSoup which is not in Fedora. See
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=477528 for review-request, which
has been added as a dependency for this review.

One more small detail I forgot (not a blocker): you are passing --disable-gd to
