Virtuoso has lot of stuff in docsrc/ and HTML pages can be generated out of it. I would disagree here, and would argue the best place for ownership of %_libdir/virtuoso is in the main package. Currently, both -apps and -conductor use this, and they don't depend on each other, and I don't consider it a better solution to have each of them own it.
