I thought we could talk about that and just make it 2 levels by placing a link along with the other big blue blocks on the right-hand side on the get fedora page. We actually discussed that a few meetings ago, and came to the same conclusion. If you want, I can walk you through making that change when you have a chance today. Fedora 10
Good evening from Grimsby, Lincolnshire, UK I have installed Fedora 10 today for the first time. As a long time Windows user...rather disillusioned of late... I Recently bought a Macbook Pro for mobile computing (excellent) and decided after toying with various Linux distro's for a few years...to install Fedora 10 on my home PC... Here's my spec's for a guide... Gigabyte 945 DS3 Conroe E6400 Core 2 Duo 2 GB Corsair XMS DDR2 Barracuda 200GB Sata2 Soundblaster live digital POV 8800 GTS 340MB DDR3 After a hard job installing the Nvidia drivers and sorting out the kernel etc...I must say...I much prefer this Linux to even Ubuntu 8.10...which was my distro of choice for a while..it just seems easier to use and install things in Fedora...the only gripe is the refresh rate...75Hz without Nvidia drivers...now 51Hz with them...something to sort out later I guess... But all in all a superb and secure Linux platform... My congratulations to all the team involved Peace and a happy new year from England Regards Mike Johnson -- Fedora-websites-list mailing list Fedora-websites-list@redhat.com https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-websites-list

I am a regular joe visitor to your website.I'm pretty savvy with computing but still chained to Windows XP.I'm passionate about saving the world and ,upon reviewing the benefits of an open source operating system, would love to try it. Then i get stuck. And I mean stuck! Does the open source community cater just to the Technically Advanced?Doesnt this run counter to the set goals of the open source community? Surely at some point the open source community (and your website) must make this revolution available to all.Even though your product is free.no-one knows how to use it! We,re going to integrate a variety of tools to Fedora Project Brazil and one of these tools is a wiki (that is online and working for almost one year now)[1]. We'd like to use the same skin as https://fedoraproject.org/wiki uses. Is there any chance to get the same skin used by Fedora Project's international mediawiki? I'm not sure what the rules are about logos (you can try asking fedora-advisory-board or fedora-art-list about those), but our mediawiki theme is available at http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/fedora-web.git/?p=fedora-web.git;a=tree;f=fedoraproject.org/mediawiki You can clone the entire git repository with: git clone git://git.fedorahosted.org/git/fedora-web.git and all of the theme files are in fedora-web/fedoraproject.org/mediawiki/ (although note that that theme references some files from http://fedoraproject.org/) Thanks, Ricky pgpdvRuwvpVx6.pgp Description: PGP signature -- Fedora-websites-list mailing list Fedora-websites-list@redhat.com https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-websites-list

A GPG key is something that some people use to sign their emails to verify their identity. An SSH key is necessary if you will be committing code to repositories over SSH or if you will need shell access to any of our servers.
