The No More Homeless Pets forum deals with specific issues each week, not all questions. I would actually call Best Friends Sanctuary itself, in Utah, for advice. Contact Dr. Richards at Cornell. He is really nice and very accessible, and he might agree to testify over the phone for you or at least direct you to something on the corona virus issue. He is a big proponent of not separating based on corona or FIP status, and he is the head of a national feline vet association. He can probably also direct you to a good source of info on the FIV issue as well. Other than that, doing some searches on Google should bring up some stuff.
